Also, this doesn’t need to be done all-encompassing initiative. Too many good ideas fail because big government can’t just let something happen locally

Great stuff, here! Your comment about men/boys being more prone to addiction is interesting . I recall reading recent articles that alcohol addiction in women, especially older women, is on the rise

Yeah I recall reading that somewhere as well. But the numbers definitely point toward men being more prone to addiction. Something like 11-12% of men struggle with substance abuse of some kind, vs. like 6-7% of women. As mentioned though, I think we ought to help everyone.

Men are struggling in the work world due to DEI policies. You literally will not get interviewed let alone hired in the corporate world today as a man, especially a white man. It's no wonder men aren't keeping up with women economically. Women are being hired over men who are infinitely more qualified than the woman. But because he has a penis, he is shut out.

As a result, I believe your article needs a point #4... Hire based upon merit not based upon DEI metrics
